Mr. George Roper, SVP Academic Affairs

The Senior Vice President, Academic Affairs, is primarily responsible for academic  standards. The division  contributes to  the formulation and development of the academic policies of the University  through support to the Academic Board and its Committees.  The division has an important advisory and co-ordinating function for all aspects of academic  policy, procedures, and regulations  which include: 

• Course planning, evaluation, and review procedures; 

• Evaluation  and  validation  of  new  and  ongoing  programmes/courses; 

• Preparation for accreditation exercises.
