COUNSELLING
The primary focus of the Counselling Centre is to foster excellence in all areas of this community’s functioning through the provision of professional services geared toward optimal mental health. The Unit provides individual and group Counselling. The Centre also helps students develop new skills and understanding through workshops and programmes. These workshops cover an ever-changing variety of topics designed to help individuals further their personal, academic, and interpersonal development, some of these include:

Peer Counselling: Where students are trained in the basic techniques of Counselling to assist their fellow students in need of emotional upliftment.

Group Work: A structured schedule of group meetings and Life-styles Skills activities are planned each semester.
