Networking
Over 30,000 students in various disciplines have graduated from CAST
and UTech. These graduates can be found in positions at all levels in
management and the professions all over Jamaica and the rest of the
world. Membership in the Alumni Association will provide excellent
opportunities for camaraderie and networking among this group.
Real affinity is usually felt when one meets a graduate in a social
setting or the world of work. A sense of kinship comes from experience
shared at UTech.
Staying in Touch
It is so easy to lose touch with classmates with whom you spent trying
times and joyful occasions. The many events organized by the
Association throughout the year will allow you to maintain contact,
and to compare notes as the years unfold.

All Alumni will receive a Corporate Discount Card which entitles them
to substantial discounts on all purchases of a wide range of goods and
services.
Membership Card
For an annual fee of US$30/20
pounds sterling/J$1000 the membership card for our Association
entitles members to:

The Alumni Office is constantly trying to negotiate additional
benefits for our members.
Use of UTech Facilities
All Alumni have access to the library, swimming pool and other
facilities on campus.
Personal Development
There are five committees: Budget & Finance, Membership, Fund Raising
& Social Activities, Campus Link & Administration, Public Relations,
Constitution & Ethics. Members are encouraged to serve on committees.
This is an excellent opportunity to serve your alma mater and to
further broaden your personal and professional skills.
Our Newsletter
You will receive the Alumni Quarterly to keep you up-to-date with all
the happenings on campus, tips and news of other alumni wherever they
may be.
Help to improve our University
During your period of study at UTech you may have noted areas for
improvement. The Association has a representative on the University
Council who can influence changes in polices and effect meaningful
changes. These improvements can benefit future students and add value
to the certification of alumni simultaneously
Activities
We have regular socials and educational and fund raising events all
year round, culminating with our annual Awards Banquet which is a gala
affair.

All graduates of CAST/UTech are eligible to join.

subscription to the Alumni Relations Office. Or register directly on
our web site: www.utechjamaica.edu.jm. We look forward to welcoming
