Requests for refunds must be made in writing by post or electronically to the Conference Secretariat, Faculty of Business & Management, University of Technology, Jamaica 237 Old Hope Road, Kingston 6, Jamaica W.I. Telephone requests will not be honoured. Letters and/or e-mails received on or before October 8 will be entitled to a full refund less a processing fee of US$20. Thereafter a 50% refund will be paid less the processing fee of US$20, except that no refunds will be granted for cancellations made after October 30, 2009. Refunds will be remitted within 2 months after the conference has concluded. Requests for Substitution In the event of unforeseen circumstances, a delegate may request the privilege of sending a substitute (i.e. someone else) in their place. The request for substitution must be communicated by post or electronically and must be received no later than November 3, 2009. All requests must be addressed to the Conference Secretariat. |
