About the Programme
The
Management Programme is comprised of a broad, professional
curriculum aimed at developing techniques of analysis and
interpersonal competencies necessary for the effective
management of organizations. It applies modern management
principles to operations in the private and public sectors.
The
Programme is currently divided into two academic areas:

Human
Resource Management (HRM) and
-
Production and
Operations Management (POM)
THE
PROGRAMME GOALS INCLUDE:
-
Integration
of professional courses in management with a strong
background in business administration;

Fostering innovation and creativity in decision-making;

Developing skills in the human and organizational aspects of
management that are necessary to actively participate in the
management of modern organizations;

Reflecting the constantly changing pattern of the business
world by incorporating creative problem solving methods.
