Dear Stakeholder, The
Year 2008 will be filled with joyous, memorable, meaningful and
exciting activities as the University of Technology, Jamaica
(UTech), formerly the College of Arts Science and Technology (CAST)
celebrates its 50th anniversary. This has been a remarkable journey
for us all - students, faculty, staff, sponsors and a large number
of other partners/stakeholders who have been a part of the journey.
Several events and activities will be staged throughout the year
(January 1 to December 31, 2008) to mark this historic occasion,
which will be even more memorable if you join us in the
celebrations. In this regard, I invite you to include our calendar
