The College of Health Sciences was established to replace the School of Pharmacy and Health Science within the former Faculty of Health and Applied Science. The College will offer a wide range of graduate and undergraduate courses to health professionals for the local, regional and global markets in areas such as Pharmacy, Dental Auxiliary, Nursing, Dietetics and Nutrition, Medical Technology, Public Health Nursing and Environmental Health.
The College will also conduct research that will address/provide solutions to health care problems in the country and region. The College will comprise five schools; namely, School of Public Health, School of Oral Health Sciences, School of Pharmacy, School of Nursing and School of Allied Health Professions.
