CERTIFICATE: (UCEPHTEFXU1A) Pharmacy Technician Diploma in Pharmacy from UTech, Jamaica or equivalent 5 CSEC/GCE O-Level passes including English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and 1 other approved subject, preferably Physics, plus A-level or CAPE Units 1 & 2 passes in Chemistry and Biology and 1 other subject, preferably Zoology, Mathematics or Physics. Applicants successful at the interview will need to take a psychometric test before acceptance can be considered. 5 CSEC/GCE O-Level passes including English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and 1 other subject, preferably a Technical or science-related subject (Physics would be an asset). In addition A-level or CAPE Units 1 & 2 passes in Chemistry and 1 other subject, preferably Mathematics or Physics. A foreign language would be an asset. An interview will be required. 4 CSEC/GCE O-Level passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry and one other science related subject (Biology would be an asset). An interview will be required. Nursing UBSNURSFXX1A Sigma College of Nursing and Applied Science 5 CSEC/GCE- O level passes. Compulsory subjects are English Language, Mathematics, Biology and Physics or Chemistry. These compulsory subjects must be passed at 1or 2 (CSEC)/ A or B (GCE). One other approved subject must be passed at 1-3 (CSEC) or A-C (GCE).
