Diploma in Medical Technology or equivalent from a recognized institution PLUS two years post-diploma work experience in a clinical laboratory. 5 CSEC/GCE O-Level passes including English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology and one other approved subject. An interview is required. 5 CSEC/GCE O-Level passes including English Language (with at least General 3 plus Mathematics, Biology or Human & Social Biology.Pass Psychometric Test and Interview. Provide clean Police Record 5 CSEC/GCE O-Level passes including English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Human & Social Biology or one other science subject preferably Chemistry and one other approved subject. An interview is required. Graduates of UTech, Ja. holding a Health Science Diploma, ASc in Health Information Technology or equivalent level training outside of UTech, Ja plus three years work experience. Applicants with diploma or equivalent academic certification in General Business Education will be considered for Health Services Administration option in Module 3. Candidates over 28 years of age who do not hold a Diploma but hold some other acceptable health discipline qualification must have in addition a minimum of 5 years professional working experience. A preacceptance evaluation test may be administered Research assistants in medical and scientific research, teaching assistants, licenced medical technologist in public and private medical laboratories, scientific officers in industrial laboratories, research assistants in medical and scientific research, teaching assistants, lab specialists.
