If this information is not disclosed by sender, this will delay or prevent the transaction from being processed at UTech’s bank. PAYMASTER/BI LL EXPRESS PAYMENT PROCEDURES 1. Students are required to indicate the following to the teller at any of the Paymaster/Bill Express offices island-wide: • Student Identification Number • Student Name • Amount being paid • Indicate that payment is being made to “UTech” • Indicate the type of payment being made, eg. tuition, boarding , transcript, graduation etc. 2. Students should ensure that the details printed on the receipt corresponds to the information given to the cashier (UTech Bank Account number is NOT required). 3. Students are also encouraged to retain all receipts for transactions done with the University and at our external payment agencies for future reference.
