The University of Technology, Jamaica seeks to identify a suitable candidate to fill the following post:
Human Resources Data Analyst – Level 6B (Temporary)
Salary range: $1,615,753.78 p.a. - $1,895,539.53 p.a.
The Human Resources Data Analyst is responsible for assisting with the management of all HR related records and data stored on the HRMIS and LMIS and ABCi systems in order to guide human resource projections and decision-making. He/she creates, imports, cleans, transforms, validates data and ensures the availability of records and reports, as well as ensuring that the systems are up to date and accurate.
Requirements:
The preferred applicant should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies or Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized tertiary institution
- Certificate in Information Systems Technology
- At least two (2) years’ working experience in a similar capacity in a Human Resource environment
- Knowledge of Utech, Jamaica’s Human Resources policies and procedures
- Knowledge of data/records management practices, data compilation and data organization.
- Sound knowledge of human resource management operation
- Working knowledge of computerized Human Resource Management Information Systems
- Knowledge of benefits administration and position classification
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
