Council Membership
Changes in the leadership of the University and in
Council membership as a result of casual vacancies
were addressed in the period according to stipulated
procedures.
Annual General Meeting of Council
The Annual General Meeting of Council for 2014,
scheduled to be held in October 2014 in keeping
with the provisions of the Council Handbook, was
rescheduled to April 20, 2015. The rescheduling was
due to the late completion of the Audited Financials
for the year ending March 31, 2014 by the external
Auditors PricewaterhouseCoopers.
