Message from Alumni Relations

We are so honoured that you chose to be a part of the UTech, Ja. Family and we in the Alumni Relations Office, look forward to journeying with you in this next stage of your personal and professional development, post graduation. Our mission is three fold: 1) to connect our alumni to each other to ensure networking benefits for personal, professional and business development; 2) to connect our alumni to the University to build our volunteer, donor and advocacy capacity; and 3) to connect our alumni to our current student body, to ensure that our students are connected with persons who can inspire them to overcome challenges, attain seemingly elusive goals, and achieve success! 

Apart from our Alumni Relations Office, which is a unit within the University's organizational structure, there are other independent affiliate groups which also share alumni interests. For example, The Alumni Association, UTech, Ja.; the Alumni Chapter in New York; and the Alumni Special Interest Groups such as the Pharmacy and Architecture Alumni Groups. These are key membership organizations, which are also committed to providing you with networking support for personal, professional & business development, as well as opportunities to remain connected to our University. These various alumni affiliates have been strong and effective supporters of UTech, Ja. and have provided support through scholarships for students; job search opportunities for fellow alumni; and donations of equipment and other resources. We highly recommend that you join the Association and/or a Chapter or a Special Interest Group and offer your creative ideas through membership on their sub-committees.
