Code of Conduct

To ensure the leadership training experience is safe and enjoyable for all, it is important that everyone strives to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

 

  1. All student leaders MUST attend all sessions as assigned.
  2. Respectfully follow the directives of the conference personnel.
  3. All facilities are to be left in the same condition as they were found. Individuals will be liable for any damage done to the property.
  4. Each student leader must be in his/her assigned room at lights out, and remain in that room until the designated morning hour. The only exceptions will be for emergencies (for example illness, or needing the restroom) and under the authority of the conference personnel.
  5. No loud music or talking will be tolerated.
  6. Female leaders are not allowed to visit male dormitories, and vice versa.
  7. ALL SEXUAL ACTS ARE PROHIBITED. You must practice self-control!!!
  8. Use or possession of alcohol, tobacco and illegal or controlled drugs of any type, is PROHIBITED
  9. Remember, you are representing your University, community, and family. Please conduct yourself in a manner that would make them all proud of you.
  10. There will be zero tolerance of any misconduct. If at any point UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR IS DISPLAYED, IT WILL BE CAUSE FOR IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL, the conference coordinator has the right to ask you to leave the premises. To this end, refer to all posted rules.
  11.  Please refer all concerns and problems to your group leader, or any other member of staff.
